STEEL CITY DIVISION

John Pate has been in the process for some time of planning and designing his L&N Birmingham Division/S&NA Subdivision layout. It which will be based on L&N operations in and around Birmingham, AL during the 1970's. The layout will feature Boyles Yard and many of the area industries. Here are a few pictures of the early bench work and the most recent progress. HO scale: 24' x 16'  walk-in around the wall layout with two peninsulas: full double deck with two helixes.
